Refund policy
Straightforward, no hidden terms.
Here's exactly what to expect if something needs refunding, no fine print designed to be missed.

Digital products (the ebook)
Once a digital download has been accessed, it can't be refunded, there's no way to "return" a file once it's been opened. If something goes genuinely wrong with the purchase itself, wrong file, payment charged twice, download that never worked, contact hello@soberwoke.com and it'll be sorted out.
Membership (R40/month and other plans)
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. Cancelling stops future billing, but the current paid period isn't refunded partway through, you keep access until it ends. There's no cancellation fee.
Merchandise (t-shirts and other physical items)
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, it'll be replaced or refunded, contact hello@soberwoke.com with your order details and a photo if possible. Change-of-mind returns aren't accepted for print-on-demand items, since each one is made specifically for that order, not held in stock.
Your cooling-off right under South African law
Separately from the above, South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives online shoppers a cooling-off right, the ability to cancel most online purchases within a set period after delivery, without needing to give a reason. Certain kinds of purchases, including custom-made items and some digital goods, are treated differently under that law. If you believe this applies to your order, email hello@soberwoke.com and it'll be handled properly, in line with your actual legal rights, not just this page's general policy above.
Questions
If something doesn't fit neatly into the above, email hello@soberwoke.com and explain what happened. Every request is read and handled by a real person.
